Before you write — the two things we can't help with
- Official tickets & refunds: we do not sell official tickets and cannot access, change or refund any booking. For tickets bought on the official webshop, contact the operator: Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiquities, citywallsdubrovnik.hr.
- Bookings made via our partner links (GetYourGuide, hotel platforms): your contract is with that platform — their customer service can see and modify your booking; we can't.
What we do welcome
- Corrections — a changed price, a new schedule, a closed entrance. These keep the guide honest.
- Questions about visiting that the guide doesn't answer yet — they often become new sections.
- Photography and content collaboration proposals.
- Media and partnership enquiries.
